Russ Fulcher is a lifelong Idahoan who grew up on a dairy farm in Meridian. A graduate of Meridian High School and Boise State University, Russ built his career in Idaho’s private sector before entering public service.
He spent 15 years at Micron Technology, starting on the production line and working his way up to Director of Sales and Marketing. He later served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Preco Electronics, helping represent Idaho business across the country and around the world.
Russ went on to serve 10 years in the Idaho State Senate, including six years as Senate Republican Caucus Leader. There, he fought for conservative principles, limited government, and lower taxes. During his time in the State Senate, Russ also operated a commercial real estate business as a licensed real estate broker, serving Idahoans statewide.
